Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support partners and lawyers within the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects (IERP) team. This role involves high-level administrative, organisational, and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Travel Management: Handle complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Client & Internal Communications: Act as the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit legal documents, manage e-filing systems, and process billing and expense records.
- Operational Support: Organise meetings, conference calls, and events while providing general administrative assistance.
- Billing & Finance: Assist with invoice preparation, tracking payments, and liaising with the billing team.
- General Administration: Handle correspondence, field calls, and maintain office records.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a PA in a legal or professional services environment, supporting senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong billing experience (preferably with 3E system).
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Head of Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) to lead client development and profile-raising initiatives for the EMEA Regulatory and Global Antitrust, Competition & Economic Regulation (ACER) practices. You will work closely with senior partners, business leaders, and the global M&BD team to drive business growth, enhance market positioning, and execute strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Growth: Identify and lead new business opportunities, develop market strategies, and strengthen client relationships.
- Pitch Management: Act as a strategic advisor on key pitches, ensuring best practices and successful client engagements.
- Marketing & Profile Raising: Oversee thought leadership campaigns, events, sponsorships, and media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- M&BD Planning & Budgeting: Develop and implement robust M&BD plans aligned with business objectives.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Support client feedback programs, targeting initiatives, and relationship-building efforts.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global M&BD team supporting regulatory, trade, and public affairs practices.
- Project Management: Drive key global M&BD projects, collaborating across teams and regions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in professional services marketing and business development (legal sector experience preferred).

- MBA, CIM, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
