Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
Transaction Processing: Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Polaris Bank's products and services to effectively educate customers and cross-sell appropriate products based on their needs.
Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, transaction logs, and other relevant documentation.
Customer Education: Assist customers in navigating digital banking platforms and provide guidance on utilizing self-service options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with banking products and services.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in computer applications and digital banking platforms.
