Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Food Science, Business, etc.).
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Familiarity with production planning and inventory management.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
