Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
- Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and property.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
- Complete detailed reports outlining observations, incidents, and activities during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
