Responsibilities

- Interview and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of KPMG's employer brand by developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and remain competitive in the talent market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
