Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or relevant regulatory certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and international best practices.
