Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or relevant regulatory certifications are an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and international best practices.
