Description

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other talent pipelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
