Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficient in marketing software and analytics tools.
Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
