Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute strategic marketing plans.
Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Manage social media channels and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in marketing software and tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and graphic design software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
