Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during all phases of the flight.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passengers' needs and inquiries.
Conduct pre-flight briefings, demonstrating the use of safety equipment and emergency procedures.
Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and disembarkation processes.
Perform safety and security checks before and after each flight.
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers, adhering to company policies and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
Handle in-flight emergencies and incidents with professionalism and according to established protocols.
Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for passengers.
Stay informed about company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require lifting and bending.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Successful completion of required training and certification programs.
