- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for industrial control systems.
- Analyze and assess existing ICS to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test plans.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of ICS requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to enhance the security and reliability of ICS.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial control systems design, implementation, and requirements gathering.
- Strong knowledge of ICS protocols, cybersecurity principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to ICS (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent.
