Responsibilities

- Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Testing Support: Assist in the testing phase by validating that solutions meet business requirements and ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to build strong relationships and facilitate successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
