Responsibilities

Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights on investment strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and work collaboratively with the team to develop strategies for mitigation.
Forecasting: Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and models to guide business planning.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about financial regulations and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment managers, to support strategic initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
