- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of HCL Technologies' employer brand through various recruitment initiatives.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
