We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent to contribute to the success of Mr Price. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
