Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate road construction and maintenance projects.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvement in road design and construction techniques.
- Prepare reports and documentation on road maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies in road maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in road maintenance, civil engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of road construction and maintenance standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
