Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about banking products and services.
Account Management: Assist customers in opening, closing, and managing accounts, as well as providing information on various financial products.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive image for the bank.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote additional banking products and services to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, process transactions, and update information in the banking system.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while handling customer transactions.
Customer Education: Educate customers on various banking services, online platforms, and self-service options to enhance their banking experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role in the banking sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with banking products and services.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Proficient in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
