We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team at Abuja Continental Hotel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel's hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

    • Manage and supervise all aspects of the hotel's hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, catering, and guest services.
    • Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources to meet operational goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Guest Experience:

    • Uphold and enhance the hotel's reputation for providing outstanding guest experiences.
    • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, striving for resolutions that exceed expectations.

Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Implement cost control measures while maintaining service excellence.

Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to staying updated.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
