Responsibilities:

• Campus Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions to establish a strong campus presence.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in campus events, job fairs, and information sessions to promote Alan & Grant and engage with potential candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract high-potential student candidates.
• Selection Process: Coordinate and facilitate recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Onboarding: Assist in the smooth onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless transition into the organization.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers to continually improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with educational institutions.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
