Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of oil and gas facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintenance Planning: Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unforeseen operational challenges and incidents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including HSE, engineering, and production to achieve operational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in oil and gas operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
