- Performance Management:

- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

- HR Compliance:

- Benefits Administration:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and HR certification are advantageous.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
