Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address current and future human resource needs.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to ensure the retention and development of key employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on goal setting and performance improvement.
- Implement reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
- Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continually enhance HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on related inquiries.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers to ensure the effective delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and HR certification are advantageous.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
