Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through online job portals, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and timely feedback for hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Work closely with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
