- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant stakeholders to expand Bolt's reach and enhance customer engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the ride-hailing industry and a solid understanding of the Nigerian market.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
