Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew during all phases of flight.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling passengers' needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere on board.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and in-flight requests.
- Handle in-flight emergencies and incidents with composure and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine cabin checks and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Medically fit and able to meet physical requirements for the role.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
