Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to ensure candidates possess the necessary technical skills and qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition best practices within the cyberspace domain.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future cybersecurity roles, proactively anticipating organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain a strong employer brand in the cybersecurity community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on cybersecurity or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity roles, certifications, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various cybersecurity positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
