Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, with a successful track record in talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
