Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on research and analysis projects related to regional economic and social issues.
- Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and workshops organized by ECOWAS.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Engage in data collection, interpretation, and presentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance regional cooperation.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to broaden knowledge and skills.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within ECOWAS.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in International Relations, Economics, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated interest in West African affairs and regional integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (French language skills will be an asset).
