We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Specialist to join our healthcare team. The EMR Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of electronic medical record systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure management of patient information, streamlining healthcare workflows, and supporting the overall digital transformation of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to implement and customize EMR systems to meet organizational needs.
• Train staff on proper use of the EMR system, ensuring a smooth transition to electronic record-keeping.
• Monitor and maintain the EMR system, troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to end-users.
• Work closely with data analysts to generate and analyze reports, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of patient information.
• Implement security measures to safeguard patient data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in EMR technology, making recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve software issues and implement system updates.
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to EMR usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with EMR systems, including implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements related to electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with problem-solving skills to address EMR system issues.
• Certification in Health Informatics or related field is a plus.
