Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for expatriate positions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
- International Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse geographical locations.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, professional networks, and partnerships, to identify potential candidates.
- Stay abreast of global employment trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Cultural Integration:
- Facilitate the integration of expatriate employees into the organization's culture.
- Provide support in cultural orientation and create initiatives to foster a sense of belonging among expatriate staff.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to expatriate assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international recruitment and expatriate management.
- Strong knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools.
