Responsibilities
- Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assistance in product selection.
- Maintain a deep understanding of fragrance products and industry trends.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.
- Warehouse Associate:
- Receive, store, and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
Qualifications
- Sales Associate:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fragrance products is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is desirable.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
