Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events, to proactively source and attract top talent.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes, identifying areas for optimization.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of FrieslandCampina's employer brand through innovative recruitment practices and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
