Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within Gig Logistics.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure fair and ethical hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in the logistics or gig economy sector.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
