As a Graduate Student Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented individuals who share our commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract graduate students with diverse backgrounds and skill sets through various channels, including online platforms, university partnerships, and networking events.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates for various positions within GiveDirectly.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback and information about the organization.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent GiveDirectly at recruitment events, conferences, and career fairs to enhance the organization's brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-profit or international development setting.
- Strong understanding of graduate student recruitment processes and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
