  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendor partners to strengthen relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to operations and safety.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
