Responsibilities

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation.
- Collaborating with clients to identify and define their hiring requirements and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
