Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Design and implement software components that align with industry best practices and Interswitch's development standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on software development and coding.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with database systems, web services, and API integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
