Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Implementation:
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely and effective implementation.
    • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing challenges promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.
    • Conduct regular meetings and consultations with project partners to enhance cooperation.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Establish and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework.
    • Collect and analyze data to measure project impact and success.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation.
  • Capacity Building:
    • Provide training and support to project staff and partners.
    • Promote knowledge-sharing and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, etc.).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of migration or humanitarian assistance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
