Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Jaiz Bank's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
