Responsibilities

Traffic Control: Directing and managing the flow of traffic at designated intersections, roadways, and busy areas.
Enforcement: Ensuring compliance with traffic rules and regulations, issuing citations for violations, and taking appropriate actions to address non-compliance.
Emergency Response: Responding to traffic accidents and incidents, providing assistance to drivers, and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
Public Education: Conducting public awareness campaigns to educate drivers and pedestrians about traffic rules and safety measures.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of traffic incidents, citations issued, and other relevant data.
Collaboration: Collaborating with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders to enhance overall traffic management and safety.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Experience: Prior experience in traffic management, law enforcement, or a related field will be an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the public and other stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze traffic situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
Physical Fitness: Good physical health and fitness to perform duties effectively, including standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions.
