Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with organizational values and job requirements.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
