Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field. Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proven experience in agricultural research, particularly in oil palm cultivation.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to design and execute experiments independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in oil palm cultivation.
