We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in our mission to empower the Indian workforce through skill development initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing skill development programs that align with the NSDC's objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Development: Lead the development of skill development programs in collaboration with industry partners, educational institutions, and government agencies.
2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs to ensure timely and successful implementation.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, government officials, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for NSDC initiatives.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and effectiveness of skill development programs through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms.
5. Budget Management: Manage program budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effectiveness in program delivery.
6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or skill development will be an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the skill development or education sector.
