Assist customers in navigating the PiggyVest platform, explaining features, and addressing any technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy, aiming to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Educate customers on PiggyVest's financial products and services, promoting understanding and adoption.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
