Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools and technology.
