Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, assess, and select candidates through various channels to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry events, social media, and professional organizations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring recruitment practices align with legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools and technology.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
