In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the recruitment process through our online application system. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end online application process, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and update the online application system accordingly.
- Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, providing updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the online application system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate reports and analytics related to the recruitment process as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing online application systems or applicant tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
