Responsibilities
- Flight Planning: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and coordinate flight schedules, considering factors such as weather conditions, air traffic, and aircraft performance.
- Coordination: Liaise with various departments, including ground operations, maintenance, and cabin crew, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the entire flight process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on aviation regulations and ensure that all flights adhere to safety and compliance standards set by aviation authorities.
- Emergency Response: Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures, providing support during critical situations, and ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.
- Data Analysis: Analyze flight data to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and recommend changes to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in flight operations or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software for flight planning and data analysis.
