Ringo Telecommunications is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecommunications Engineer to join our dynamic team in 2024. As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Telecommunications Infrastructure Design: Design and implement telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Network Configuration: Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and servers, to facilitate seamless communication within the organization.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to telecommunications hardware, software, and network connectivity. Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
- Security Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the telecommunications infrastructure from potential threats and breaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement telecommunications solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all telecommunications systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the telecommunications infrastructure meets industry standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Stay Informed: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the telecommunications field, making recommendations for improvements and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing telecommunications solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols, network architecture, and security measures.
- Proficient in the configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) will be an added advantage.
