Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
Provide guidance to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian job market and recruitment trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
Professional certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
