Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement project plans.
Monitor and control project progress, including schedule, budget, and quality of work.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Evaluate and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to address challenges that may arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Review and approve project budgets, contracts, and change orders.
Prepare regular status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
