As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems to contribute to the success of our cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and Analysis: Develop detailed mechanical designs, conduct stress analysis, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, structural engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Innovation: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and technologies to enhance project efficiency and performance.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support during the project lifecycle, addressing challenges and proposing solutions to optimize mechanical systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in mechanical designs, adhering to relevant codes and standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design reports, calculations, and specifications.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies related to mechanical engineering aspects of the projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the energy industry.
- Proficient in using CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
